Javier at Hafner"Meet the Team" is our blog series that introduces each of the Hafner Vineyard team members. We answer a series of questions about ourselves and our time at Hafner Vineyard. Javier Castellanos joined the HV vineyard crew two years ago and quickly learned how the team works together. He turned to veteran member Antonio for guidance when working with our split canopy. In Javier's spare time, he enjoys exploring the towns of Sonoma County and spending time with friends. Something you might not expect... he likes dancing!

Meet the Team - Ricardo

Ricardo at Hafner Vineyard"Meet the Team" is our blog series that introduces each of the Hafner Vineyard team members. We answer a series of questions about ourselves and our time at Hafner Vineyard. Ricardo Juarez is the Assistant Winemaker (along with many other jobs). Three generations of his family have worked at Hafner Vineyard - his dad, then him and now his daughter who helps at Spring Tastings. In his spare time, you can find him cooking or fishing and spending time with his three kids.

Meet the Team - Michele

Michele Osborne"Meet the Team" is our blog series that introduces each of the Hafner Vineyard team members. We answer a series of questions about ourselves and our time at Hafner Vineyard. Michele Osborne is third generation Hafner Vineyard team member. Her grandmother helped with mailings in the '80s and her mom worked here for 10 years. Michele is also a fifth generation Alexander Valley resident! A dedicated mother of two, she and her husband spend their weekends helping their daughters race in the "outlaw go kart" races. As a teenager, Michele worked the bottling line and shares some fun memories of working on the line with Parke.

Meet the Team - Antonio

Antonio at Hafner Vineyard"Meet the Team" is our blog series that introduces each of the Hafner Vineyard team members. We answer a series of questions about ourselves and our time at Hafner Vineyard. Antonio Ordaz is part of the vineyard team, specializing in tractor driving. He and his family live here on the ranch. His bountiful garden produces chiles, tomatoes and much more. A chef at heart, he uses his homegrown vegetables for dinners with family and friends. The deal with his wife though... he cooks and she cleans! On the blog, Antonio also shares one of his fears when driving tractors... spiders!
