At the beginning of Summer, we launched our Hafner Cuisine Photo Competition. We invited patrons to share a photo of their favorite Summer dish paired with Hafner wine. One of our beliefs is that wine is meant to be enjoyed with food, and Hafner patrons clearly embrace this feeling as well.

We received many photos and thank you to everyone who participated. Below are the winners. The summer garden bounty was in full display! Opening Chardonnay with the first tomatoes of the season. A steak feast paired with Cabernet. Blanc de Blancs served alongside hors d’oeuvres to celebrate a birthday. Reserve Chardonnay traveling across seas to France be enjoyed at a lunch with melon and prosciutto.
It is always enjoyable for us to see the fun pairings and how patrons enjoy their Hafner wine. We learned some fun combinations that we look forward to trying.

In addition to the Cuisine Photo Competition, Hafner patrons are an enthusiastic group that clearly know how to celebrate Summertime. We wanted to share a small collection of the photos we received over the past few months. We are honored that our wine is included in milestone celebrations like a 21st birthday and a 70th birthday, a wedding and the birth of a new family member. And that it plays a supporting role in the simple joys of life: a multi-generational dinner, a cooking class with friends, a camping trip and quiet evenings with four-legged furry friends.
