Here is a great mixed case to stock your cellar with. These two vintages are drinking wonderfully. 

The 2021 Chardonnay opens with bright fruit, lime blossom, apple candy, lychee and orange marmalade. It is lively and fruit forward on the palate with notes of pomelo, Comice pear and Charentais melon. This is the vintage currently being sold in top California restaurants. The 2022 Chardonnay has aromas of jasmine, Eureka lemon, lychee, Honeycrisp apple and Comice pear. Fresh and lively on the palate, it has Charentais melon, pink grapefruit and toasted brioche flavors. 

Both wines have the complexity and structure to allow them to develop and age well for another two or more years. 

Our main Chardonnay is released in September. We always hold some back to make mixed cases like this for patrons to enjoy throughout the year.
