We are pleased to share this 2021 Reserve and 2021 main Chardonnay Collection as part of our New Patron Allocation Fall Release with new Hafner patrons. Thank you for your interest in our wines.

The 2021 Reserve and main Chardonnays are both drinking wonderfully and will continue to age well for another year or two.  

The Reserve Chardonnay is inspired by winemaker Parke Hafner’s time in Burgundy. It has flinty, Charentais melon and toasted brioche aromas. Rich, supple, round on the palate from the malolactic fermentation, it has flavors of pink grapefruit, poached pear and fresh cream. The sweet vanilla toastiness from barrel-fermentation and extended barrel-aging enhance its bouquet. Learn more about the 2021 Reserve Chardonnay here.

The main Chardonnay is a blend of California and French style winemaking techniques. It is bright from the stainless steel and partial malolactic fermentation. It has aromas of lime blossom, Charentias melon and Comice pear. Bright and fruit-forward, it has notes of pink grapefruit and vanilla toast. Learn more about the 2021 main Chardonnay here.

There is a limit of two Collections per patron.
