We are pleased to share this 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon and 2018 Next Red Collection as part of our New Patron Allocation Fall Release with new Hafner patrons. Thank you for your interest in our wines.

The 2018 Cabernet and Next Red are both drinking wonderfully and will continue to age well for another ten years.

The 2018 Cabernet has aromas of blackberry jam, crushed mint, nutmeg and fennel salmi. It is young and structured, bright and lively on the palate with dark chocolate, espresso, briars and cassis flavors. It is made in the Old World style, meaning that it is lower in alcohol and higher in acidity. This allows it to age well and pair well with food. Learn more about the 2018 Cabernet here.

The 2018 Next Red is our Malbec blend inspired by our time in the Cahors region of France. The 2018 is 12% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Petit Verdot blended with 85% Malbec. It has ripe fruit notes of boysenberries, Santa Rosa plums, Bing cherries and Cola spice. It is soft and chewy with flavors of raspberries, sweet vanilla and dark chocolate.
