All of us at Hafner Vineyard are grateful to be members of communities: here in Alexander Valley, in Sonoma County, in the vineyard and winery, and beyond. Encouraging and nurturing communities is critically important to the quality of life.

For decades, we have supported many non-profit organizations as volunteers, board members and donors. This work adds richness and meaning to our lives, as well as helping to improve our mutual life.

At Hafner Vineyard, we support hundreds of organizations with wine donations. We are proud to help many valuable organizations and communities each year. However, it is a fraction of the solicitations that we receive. Unfortunately, we are not able to fill all requests.

Many of our patrons support non-profit organizations in their own communities. Supporting our patrons and their non-profit organizations is a priority for us at Hafner Vineyard.

In order for us to consider a wine donation to your organization, the request must be made in writing and can be mailed (P.O. Box 1038, Healdsburg, CA 95448), faxed (707-433-1240) or emailed (kate@hafnervineyard.com) to us. Your request should include a description of your organization, the event name and date, number of attendees, how the funds raised will be used and the audience demographics if known. Please let us know how the contribution acknowledgements will be publicized and in what form that will appear. Finally, please give us your name and role in the organization, phone number, shipping address (no post office boxes) and the date by which you hope to receive the contribution.
